Nev Hasan is a highly accomplished media professional with a track record that spans over 15 years of advertising experience.


As Executive Director of Agency Sales, he brings television and digital media together to create an intelligent video network offering to marketers and partners.


He joined the Foxtel team (then MCN) as Digital Group Sales Manager in 2012 and has spearheaded Foxtel Media’s national sales teams to a video-first advertising future while embracing the evolution of linear TV and the rise of BVOD assets across the Foxtel Group, including Foxtel, Foxtel Go and Now, Kayo and Tubi.


His direction has led to the creation of the Q Break ad model, Foxtel’s Connected TV advertising strategy and the launch of addressable audience targeting on Foxtel GO, Addressable Go.  Prior to Foxtel Media, Hasan held positions at SMG RED, Yahoo!7 and Ninemsn.


Adele Wieser

REGIONAL MANAGING DIRECTOR, APAC | INDEX EXCHANGE

With over 12+ years digital experience and 8+ years in programmatic, Adele has secured a reputation as one of the top authorities on programmatic media trading in Australia and the broader APAC region.

 

Adele got her first taste of the power of technology in the digital ecosystem straight out of university, optimising the performance campaigns for marketers and agencies at two market leading media owners in Australia. For Adele, technology has allowed her to develop a childhood love of solving puzzles into a career focused on tackling complex issues for media owners, marketers and agencies.

 

Making the transition into the technology space in early 2012, Adele furthered her expertise in programmatic by working with exchange technology and began consulting for CoLab Media Consulting in 2016 before her appointment as Country Manager at Index Exchange in 2017. As one of the first employees in APAC, she was tasked with growing Index’s footprint by building a team and educating media owners, marketers and agencies on the promise of programmatic media. In 2019, Adele was appointed as Regional Managing Director and is responsible for overseeing the company’s operations, strategic direction and future growth opportunities for the APAC region.


Nick Brignell

General Manager, Specialty Business, Xaxis

Nick has over 10 years of digital experience as a senior digital leader. In his current role as General Manager, Specialty Business, Nick works across the programmatic division at GroupM encompassing the award-winning programmatic arm in Xaxis and the market-leading DOOH unit - Sightline. 

 

Prior to joining GroupM three and a half years ago, Nick held senior positions at Zenith, News Corp, and InMobi.

 

In 2021, Nick was shortlisted for the AdNews Australia Emerging Leader Award for his ability to showcase true leadership, and tenacity to take on new business challenges.

As managing director for the UK and Ireland, Sara works with media owners, agencies, and other key partners to accelerate growth in the UK and Ireland through the Index suite of omnichannel solutions. 


Sara joined Index Exchange in 2018, bringing with her nearly two decades of experience in the world of publishing, including as SVP Publisher Development at Just Premium and Managing Director of ForexSpace. In her four years at Index, Vincent worked as a liaison between Index Exchange and its UK publishing partners — collaborating across the company to ensure her clients were positioned for success.

James Trott

Head of Product & Strategy, UK & Ireland | MATTERKIND

James is responsible for Product Development and Strategic Solutions at Matterkind UK and Ireland, IPG’s addressable activation company.


Since joining Havas in 2012, and subsequently Dentsu in 2016, James has specialised in the Programmatic space working in the Trading Desks of both holding groups for flagship accounts such as Microsoft, Diageo & Mastercard.


At Matterkind, James is responsible for regular thought leadership and trend identification – both of which manifest in the development of solutions that ensure IPG clients have access to market leading capabilities that combine proprietary and marketplace data and technology.

Faisal Karmali

Senior Director, International Business Operations | Warner Bros. Discovery

Faisal has 20 years industry experience across commercial operations and ad tech. He has led business operations across CNN and former Turner brands since 2016 where he has created a structured approach to data strategy and activation, plus an operational structure to cater for the modern digital trading eco-systém. With CNN and WBD having a truly global footrpint, his experience spans many markets and he has been the main commercial representative in compliance efforts across his remit.
